Maryland University of Integrative Health, a leader in integrative health education for almost forty years, has been a client since 2018. What began as a single rebuild grew into a long digital operations partnership: website, systems, and paid media.

MUIH needed a Drupal estate of more than five thousand pages moved to WordPress, built to Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards, and integrated with the university’s Salesforce and Pardot stack. The site had to give the marketing team room to spin up microsites and department portals without waiting on a developer for every one.

MUIH also wanted to grow inquiries. That meant a coordinated ad program across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, aligned with the site’s admissions workflows so a form fill flowed directly into Salesforce with campaign attribution intact.

In September 2025, MUIH completed its long-planned consolidation into Notre Dame of Maryland University and now operates as the NDMU School of Integrative Health. The engagement continues under the NDMU relationship.

Five moves. All in-house.

01

Accessibility-focused rebuild

Built to Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards. Every template reviewed alongside the marketing team, then audited again after content was in. Prospective students, faculty, and current students all got a modern experience aligned with the university’s own accessibility goals.

02

Salesforce + Pardot integration

Integrated the site with MUIH’s existing Salesforce and Pardot stack for streamlined admissions workflows and real-time metrics. A form fill on the site lands in Salesforce the same moment, with campaign attribution intact, so admissions and marketing were looking at the same data by the end of the day.

03

Drupal to WordPress migration

Migrated more than five thousand pages from Drupal to WordPress. Content restructured around how prospective students actually browsed the university, not around how the Drupal content types had accumulated. The same playbook we later applied at Notre Dame of Maryland.

04

Microsite templates and marketing enablement

Built customizable theme templates so microsites and portals stayed on-brand without redesign overhead. Worked side-by-side with the MUIH marketing team on the templates and the ad program in tandem, so the team we handed off to could ship and iterate.

05

Multi-platform advertising

Launched and managed targeted ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Coordinated messaging, budget pacing, and creative refreshes across the three platforms. Reporting connected back into the same Salesforce views admissions was already using.

How this one shipped.

Student inquiries climbed 31% year over year during the ad program. Cost per lead down 14%. A digital operations partnership that scaled through six years and now continues under the NDMU relationship.
