Events are deadline work with no second attempt. The signage either arrives correct on the day or it does not arrive at all.

We design the full set of material an event needs: signage, banners, programs, name badges, handouts, slide templates, booth graphics, and the digital pieces that promote it beforehand and follow up afterward.

Two things make this different from other design work. The first is production reality. Large-format printing has its own requirements around bleed, resolution, and color, and a file that looks correct on screen can fail at the printer. We prepare files to the specifications your printer actually needs and talk to them directly when it saves time.

The second is that everything has to look related. Attendees see the banner, the program, and the slides within an hour of each other, and any drift between them is obvious in a way it never is across a website. We work from one set of decisions across the whole kit.

Where the event is recurring, we build what can be reused, so next year starts from templates rather than from nothing.
