Digital.

Custom-coded WordPress themes, Elementor and page-builder work, hybrid builds. Every engagement engineered around what you actually need to ship, and how your team is going to maintain it after we hand off.

The work itself.

Every Digital engagement comes with.

Foundation

Direct line to Mark

Every engagement led by Mark himself. No account manager between you and the person doing the work. First call, last commit.

Cadence

Weekly rhythm you can plan around

Weekly status, monthly deep-dive, quarterly strategy review. You always know where things stand and what happens next.

Documentation

Records that outlive the engagement

Every process documented. Every decision logged. If you ever move on from us, the whole record is yours.

Governance

Clear roles & escalation paths

Who owns what, who signs off, who gets called at 11pm. Written down before the work starts, not after something breaks.

Reporting

Numbers that mean something

Monthly reports focused on outcomes, not activity. What actually moved.

Handoff

A runbook when we wrap

Post-engagement documentation your team can operate from. No hidden dependencies. No lock-in you didn't ask for.

Questions we get asked

Do you build custom themes, or use a page builder?

Both, and the honest answer is that it depends on your team. We build custom-coded WordPress themes, we build in Elementor, and we build hybrids. What decides it is who maintains the site after launch, how much content you publish, and what your team is comfortable editing. The tool serves the project, not the other way around.

Who hosts the site once it launches?

We do. We host every site we build, on WP Engine or SiteGround depending on what the project needs. That keeps the environment, the caching, the certificates, and the updates in one place instead of split across accounts, which is where most site problems start.

Can you take over a site somebody else built?

Yes, and a good portion of our work starts that way. We audit what is there first, tell you what is worth keeping, and migrate it onto our hosting. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild and sometimes it is a repair, and we would rather tell you which before you spend money.

How is digital work priced?

Work is scoped and estimated up front, then billed the way that fits the engagement: project, retainer, or hourly. Larger engagements split into milestones. We scope the work with you and give you an estimate before anything starts, and we tell you when something is going to run long rather than after. Standalone engagements are fine, you do not have to buy a whole program to get one thing fixed.

Let's just talk.

No slide deck. No pitch. Every first conversation is thirty minutes with Mark. Real read. Real fit. Then we go.
