Approach · How we work · DC / Detroit

Four things we don't budge on.

Everything we ship comes from four load-bearing decisions. Break any one of them and the work stops meaning what we intended.

01
Principle 01

Mark, from first call to last commit.

No SDR filtering the intro. No account manager after the sale. The thirty-minute first conversation is with Mark, not a scheduler and not a discovery rep.

Every engagement after is led by Mark. In the code. In the strategy. In every touchpoint. The person who scoped it is the person shipping it. When MB is on your project, Mark is on your project.

Principle 02

We stop when it's right.

Not when the hours are up. Not when the estimate hits its ceiling. Not because a status meeting says we should. We ship when the work is what it needed to be.

Time and materials with clear estimates up front. If the shape of the thing changes, we scope the change before anyone starts new work. We'd rather over-invest quietly than deliver something under-cooked.

Principle 03

We keep the crew tight.

Small enough to care. Senior enough to deliver. Selective enough to actually do the work well.

We're not planning to grow past what the work requires. Every engagement gets the senior crew you meet on the intro. When a specific piece of work calls for a specialist, they're vetted and briefed to the same standard.

Principle 04

We show our work.

The site you're on is the case study for the firm that built it. Every technical decision, every design choice, every layout call lives here in public. If it doesn't hold up, don't hire us.

Case studies aren't marketing artifacts. They're where we say how the sausage got made, what we tried that failed, and what we'd do differently next time.

A typical engagement, from hello to launch.

01

Intro call.

Thirty minutes with Mark. No slide deck, no pitch. Just a real conversation about what you're trying to do and whether we're the right firm for it.

02

Discovery.

Scoping, technical audit, content review, and a scoped estimate with hours up front. Time and materials from there. Bigger builds split into phases that each ship independently.

03

Design.

Visual direction, layouts, editorial system, motion. You see clickable prototypes early and react as we go. No big reveal at the end.

04

Build.

Custom-coded theme, ACF-driven content, deployed to staging on day one. You have full access to see the site come together in real time. For sites already on Elementor or similar tools, we support and extend them the same way.

05

Launch.

Migration, QA, DNS, redirects, monitoring. We stay hands-on for the first two weeks post-launch to catch anything that surfaces in the wild.

06

Ongoing.

Optional. Monthly installments for maintenance and continued work, or ad-hoc T&M for tweaks and new features. Your call.

As needed
TotalWeeks, not months, when we can. Longer when the work requires it.

Let's just talk.

No slide deck. No pitch. Every first conversation is thirty minutes with Mark. Real read. Real fit. Then we go.
