End-of-year campaign that grew the donor base and funded island economic development.
Friends of Puerto Rico (FoPR), a non-partisan 501(c)(3) social impact organization, sought additional support to develop an impactful end-of-year campaign across both traditional and digital media. Their goal was to continue building on their successful partnerships, programming, and outreach, while enhancing their donor base and driving donations to support their mission of creating an economic and innovation hub in Puerto Rico.
Built a focused end-of-year push to amplify FoPR’s message and expand reach beyond the existing donor list. Positioning centered on their economic and innovation hub work in Puerto Rico — not a generic year-end appeal.
Combined traditional and digital: targeted advertising, email marketing, and social campaigns running in concert. Each channel calibrated for its role in the donor journey, not deployed as a checklist.
Refined organizational strategy alongside the campaign — identifying key donor segments, mapping outreach initiatives, and strengthening the connective tissue between FoPR’s partners and their potential donors.
The end-of-year push measurably grew FoPR’s visibility and reach across both traditional and digital channels. Media presence and donor recognition both climbed above prior-year benchmarks.
Contributions increased and donor engagement deepened. The campaign aligned tightly with FoPR’s mission of creating an economic and innovation hub in Puerto Rico, giving donors a specific reason to give.
The work laid groundwork for stronger partnerships and future initiatives. FoPR left the engagement with a clearer donor segmentation model and an outreach playbook they could run themselves.
