Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online presence across various platforms. You will create compelling content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to maximize the effectiveness of our social media efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, including increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, algorithm changes, and platform updates to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, features, and trends to explore new opportunities for reaching target audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for social media.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
