Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales tactics.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate our digital marketing services to prospects, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotes that address the specific needs and objectives of clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of services and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software or other tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on digital marketing services or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
