We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital channels, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Write compelling copy for digital marketing materials, including website content, email newsletters, social media posts, and online ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital channels.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
