As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, managing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized strategies that align with client objectives and drive results. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business goals, objectives, and challenges, and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.
  • Communicate campaign status, updates, and results to clients on a regular basis, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and account growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Track and report key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and demonstrate ROI to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role in a marketing agency or digital marketing company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
