next-phase implementation estimate
the foundation is substantially complete.
The WordPress theme, navigation, page templates, header and footer, homepage, and primary top-level pages have all been built and are live on the WP Engine staging environment.
the next phase is three tracks.
Website completion runs alongside content production so the site can move to launch. The Learning Academy is scoped as a separate phase and does not need to hold the primary launch.
complete the existing build and move it to production.
This work completes the existing build and prepares the site for production, including the ~9 hours already incurred beyond the initial authorization.
- BuildCompletion and refinement of existing pages, templates, and components
- ResponsiveBreakpoints tuned across every built page; navigation, hero, and imagery adjusted per breakpoint
- StructureRemaining page and structural requirements, including contract vehicles and MDA Shield treatment
- FormsForms, routing, and SMTP configuration
- SEO & AnalyticsBaseline SEO implementation and verification of analytics/GTM tracking
- QABrowser, responsive, link, and functional QA
- ComplianceTerms and Privacy implementation
- Scope noteAccessibility conformance and state/local privacy compliance (Complianz-style consent, cookie disclosures, CCPA/CPRA/state privacy regimes, WCAG audits/remediation) are not included in this estimate and can be scoped separately
- LaunchProduction preparation, DNS cutover, and post-launch verification
populate the site at a reduced production rate.
A substantial portion of the remaining work is content production rather than design or development. This work is billed at a reduced production rate of $167/hour.
Production hours assume OneZero supplies substantially final content. Original copywriting, substantive content development, or significant rewriting is not included in the estimated production range.
- PagesPlacement and formatting of approved page content
- PeopleLeadership bios and photography
- InsightsPopulation of approximately 10 initial Insights articles and resources
- TaxonomyCategories, tags, and resource organization
- AssetsSourcing, preparation, and placement of photography, iconography, logos, certification marks, and other visual assets
- UpdatesRoutine content updates and cross-linking throughout the site
- Photo licensingLicensing costs for stock or commissioned photography are not included in this estimate
tracks are reconciled separately.
So professional services and production hours never blur into a single number.
Hours are logged against Track 01 or Track 02 and reported that way, so each authorization reconciles against its own range.
The ranges are ceilings, not commitments. If a track lands under range, OneZero pays what was worked.
Work pauses for written approval before exceeding either authorized range. No silent overruns.
a scalable platform for courses, not a stack of static pages.
The Learning Academy does not need to delay launch of the primary website and is recommended as a separate development phase.
Rather than building courses as static pages, we recommend a structured course architecture: individual course records, consistent course pages, structured fields, cohort scheduling, and filtering by attributes such as sector, format, and level. This gives OneZero a platform for adding and managing courses as the Academy grows, without rebuilding individual pages each time.
- Course recordsEach course is its own record, edited via structured fields
- Consistent pagesEvery course page follows the same template
- Cohort schedulingSessions and dates managed per course
- FilteringBy sector, format, level, or any attribute you decide matters
to complete the work efficiently, we’ll need:
Final and reviewed copy for pages currently carrying placeholder content
Leadership photos and revised bios
Initial Insights articles, whitepapers, case studies, and other resources
Commercial services content and supporting documentation
Contract vehicle content and direction on MDA Shield
Original EPS/SVG files for logos, certification marks, JV marks, and the Learning Academy
Approved Terms and Privacy content
Form requirements, routing information, and SMTP credentials
Learning Academy program/course inventory and desired categorization structure
Where logo originals are unavailable, MB will remake at the production rate. Providing materials in complete, approved, web-ready form reduces production hours.
core website completion runs four to six weeks.
Development and content production run concurrently where possible. Timeline is contingent on timely receipt of required content, assets, decisions, and technical credentials.
Any delay in OneZero-supplied materials, decisions, or credentials will extend the timeline commensurately. The Learning Academy may be authorized separately and does not need to hold the primary website launch.

Each track reconciles against its own authorized range. The invoice shows all three floors so Track 03 can be approved and billed independently of the core website.
